Cataract Screensaver

Cataract Screensaver is a simple screensaver which shows the image of a cataract. The scene shows a pretty small cataract with water flowing and a few pine trees all around. Unfortunately, the effect of the water falling isn't really good and makes it unrealistic. It is a shame because the sounds of water falling are very relaxing and a well-done effect could make the screensaver absolutely pleasant. Sadly, the screensaver doesn't include music either, but if you want you can add your own music playlist from the settings menu.

From that menu, you will be able to customize the DirectX quality, image size and animation speed of the water. If you want, you will also be able to add a transparent analog clock in any of the screen corners of your choice. Moreover, the screensaver comes with a small viewer which allows you to view the image, zoom it in and out, and even set it as desktop wallpaper very easily.

In short, Cataract Screensaver would be an awesome screensaver if the effect of the water was better, so I really wouldn't waste my time with this screensaver when there are thousands free screensavers with falls and cataracts out there.
